Care tips
Let me settle in
On my very first burn, please allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the jar. This helps me burn evenly and prevents tunnelling later on.
Trim me before each burn
Keep my wick trimmed to around 5mm. This keeps my flame steady, reduces soot and helps me last longer.
Give me time to shine
I perform best when I’m not rushed. Try to let me burn long enough to form a full melt pool, but no more than 3-4 hours at a time.
Keep me in the right spot
Place me on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts, open windows, pets and little hands. This helps me burn evenly and safely.
Know when to say goodbye
Our time together has been precious, but when there’s about 1cm of wax left at the bottom, it’s time to let me go.
Reuse me
My jar is designed to be reused. Once I’m finished, you can clean me out and give me a new life. Or, if you’d like to return me, contact my maker for instructions and receive 10% off your next order.
